The site can be read without an account and without any data being asked of you. Data reaches us only when you choose to write to us.

• A demonstration request or a message sent through the form: your name, your email address, your message and, if you give it, your organisation. Purpose: answering your request and arranging the demonstration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying.
• The waiting list of an app (Ekidemy, EkiRando, EkiStock): your email address and the app concerned. Purpose: telling you when it launches. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message or by writing to us.
• A direct email or call: the information you give us, so that we can reply.
• Server logs: like every host, ours records the IP address, the date, the page requested and the browser of each request, for security and to keep the site running.

Your data is processed by EKITRONIX and by the providers that run the site, each for its own task only:

• Resend, Inc. (San Francisco, United States) carries the form’s messages to our inbox. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris) holds the waiting lists, within the European Union.
• Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) hosts our mailboxes.
• Hostinger International Ltd. (Larnaca, Cyprus) hosts the site and keeps its logs.
• No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising.

We keep your data only as long as its purpose requires.

• Requests and messages: three years after our last exchange.
• Waiting lists: until the launch is announced, then three years at most, or until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: twelve months at most, as the law provides.

The site sets no analytics or advertising cookie and embeds no third-party tracker, so it has no consent banner to show you. It keeps only your preferences.

• NEXT_LOCALE: the language you chose with the switcher, kept for twelve months so it is there on your next visit.
• ekitronix-theme: the light or dark mode you chose, kept in your browser’s local storage.
• When you arrive at ekitronix.com, the language is chosen in your browser from its language and its time zone; nothing is transmitted.
• The forms carry a robot check computed by the site itself, with no third-party service, and a rate limit that keeps your IP address in memory for a few minutes.
• The typefaces are served from our own servers: no request goes to a third party to display them.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to its portability, and to give instructions about it after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@ekitronix.com; we reply within a month.
