Frequently asked questions
Can I try Ekilog before committing?
Yes. After the demonstration, you have 30 days to try Ekilog with no commitment: you can change your mind at any point in the first month.
Which plan should I choose?
Ekilog Start if you run the club without opening a portal to your riders; Ekilog Club as soon as they book and pay online; Ekilog Pro for several yards or a large number of horses. The demonstration helps you decide, too.
Can I switch plans later on?
Yes, at any time: your data comes with you, nothing to re-enter.
Can you bring over the data from my current software?
Yes: riders, horses and packages, from your current software or your spreadsheets. The transfer is included with Ekilog Club and Pro, and offered as an option with Start.
Is Ekilog ready for e-invoicing?
Yes. Invoices are issued in the Factur-X format and exchanged over the PEPPOL network, as the French e-invoicing reform requires.
Are FFE licences handled?
Yes, in every plan: your riders’ licences, levels and renewal dates are kept in Ekilog.
Do my riders get an app?
With Ekilog Club and Pro, yes: on iOS, Android and the web, they book their lessons, buy packages and cards, report an absence and pay online.
What does the AI assistant do?
Included with Ekilog Pro and optional with Ekilog Club, it suggests a schedule that accounts for each horse’s workload and each rider’s level, forecasts attendance and alerts you: rest, care, unpaid invoices.
What about the yard’s stock?
EkiStock is included in every plan: forage, feed, bedding and veterinary supplies, counted as deliveries arrive.
